This policy explains what ARSIS Progression collects, why we collect it and what you can do about it. Training data is personal. We keep as little as the app needs to work.
Account details. Your email address and, if you set one, a display name. This is how you sign in and how we reach you about the service.
Training data. The programs you build and the sets, reps, loads, bodyweight and notes you log. This is the content of the app and it belongs to you.
Device and diagnostic data. App version, device model, operating system version and crash reports, so we can fix what breaks.
Waitlist details. If you sign up before launch we store your email address, the language you chose the site in, and — as the record that you agreed — the IP address, browser user agent and timestamp of the signup. See the launch waitlist below.
To run your account, sync your training between your devices, calculate your progression and show your history. To diagnose crashes and improve the app. To send you service messages, such as a launch notice or a change to these terms. We do not sell your data, and we do not use your training data to advertise to you.
If you connect with a coach through the coach portal, that coach can see the programs they assign you and the sessions you log against them. You can end the connection at any time, which stops any further sharing. Your logged history stays yours. Coaches are responsible for how they handle the athlete data they can see.
If you join the waitlist we send you one email asking you to confirm the address, and one email when the app launches. If you also tick the box to help test the beta, you get one further email inviting you to it. That is the complete list. You are not subscribed until you click the confirmation link, and if you never click it we delete the unconfirmed record after 90 days.
We store the address itself, the language you were reading the site in — so the launch email arrives in Greek or English rather than a guess — whether you asked to test the beta, and the IP address, browser user agent and time of your signup. Those last three are not marketing data: they are the evidence that consent was given, which data protection law requires us to be able to show.
Who else sees it. The list is held in a database run by Cloudflare, who also host this website, and the emails are delivered by Resend. They process this data on our instructions and for no purpose of their own. Nobody else receives it, and we do not sell it.
Leaving. Every email we send carries an unsubscribe link, and your mail app's own unsubscribe button works too. One click and we stop. We delete the whole waitlist 90 days after launch, whether or not you unsubscribe — it has served its purpose by then.
Your data is stored on our hosting providers' servers and in transit is encrypted. We keep your data for as long as your account exists. If you delete your account, we delete your training data and personal details, other than records we are required to keep, within 30 days.
You can request a copy of your data, correct it, or have it deleted. Write to privacy@arsis-progression.com and we will respond within 30 days. If you are in the EU or UK, you also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
ARSIS Progression is not intended for anyone under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
If we change this policy in a way that materially affects you, we will tell you in the app or by email before it takes effect. Questions: privacy@arsis-progression.com.
